Over the past year, a few things have become very clear to me, reflecting on what we see working in practice.
We’ve been alongside independent imaging centers at defining moments — launching new locations, bringing new websites live, seeing the first patient requests come through, and then growing into record quarters. We’ve watched newly opened centers reach their first 500 reviews. We’ve seen the first self-booked MRI appointments arrive on the very day a new site goes live.
From Marketing Activities to a Patient Growth Infrastructure - JANUARY, 22
We’ve also been deep in the reporting — not vanity metrics, but what actually moves the business: calls made and answered, self-bookings made, show-up rates, utilization, and quarter-over-quarter performance. And when missed calls outside business hours kept showing up as a growth limiter, we introduced SARA, our AI assistant, into the Radiology Marketing System to make sure patient inquiries were handled consistently, even when teams were offline.
What stands out most, though, is not any single win, it’s the pattern.
The centers seeing the strongest results aren’t just getting more leads. They’re becoming leaders in their local markets. They’re hitting record quarters not by pushing harder, but by operating with more clarity. They’re scaling to new locations with predictability, because growth is managed like a system.

And importantly, they’re doing this without chasing trends. I’ve also had conversations with other imaging centers asking whether they should be doing more Reels, more TikTok, more of whatever seems to be working elsewhere. I understand the instinct — but that’s not marketing for radiology.
What we see working now is a shift: patient growth treated as a platform, not a series of disconnected actions. A system that connects acquisition, scheduling, follow-up, missed calls, and visibility — so growth is something you can plan around, not react to.
That realization is what led to this Radiology Growth Academy workshop:
From Marketing Activities to a Patient Growth Infrastructure: What Independent Imaging Centers Are Standardizing in 2026
This session is designed specifically for independent imaging centers with 1–10 locations that want more predictable volume without adding complexity.
What we’ll cover:
Why “more marketing” often fails to improve utilization
How leading independent centers are standardizing patient acquisition, follow-up, and scheduling
The operational gaps that create no-shows, missed calls, and underused scanners
What a practical Patient Growth Infrastructure looks like in 2026 (without enterprise systems)
If you’re in charge of patient volume, referrals, or utilization and want a clearer, calmer way to manage growth this session will be highly relevant.
